The Fabric Beautique® would not be in existence if it were not for God's Grace & Mercy! Therefore, through the gift of sewing God gave me, it is through this gift we are able to help build the Kingdom of God by not only Tithing as a company but to also help where God leads for those in need through our time, talent and treasure.

The word of God directs and makes us to understand:

  • Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.  Proverbs 3: 9-10 (NIV)

  • Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27 (NIV)

  • Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.  Malachi 3:10 (NIV)

These scriptures are not relating to money alone, but anything we as Christian can do to help build the Kingdom of God and spread the Gospel through our time, talent and treasure.  Of course the revelation of what organizations to help comes by praying and as needed fasting AND praying.

My Pastor, John W. McVicker Sr. recently preached a powerful message, “The  Testimony of a Towel” in summary:  The disciples relationships with each other at this time was strained and they weren’t speaking to each other because they were trying to pull rank and prestige with Jesus.  They missed the bowl and towel that was sitting there to wash each other’s feet.  Jesus washes his followers feet.  The towel is a testimony, not a title.  The greatest in the kingdom are the servants.   That is the goal of The Fabric Beautique ™ to serve.
