MINISTRY STARTS IN THE HOME
May is in full swing and if you did not know it's also Mental Health Awareness Month. Taking charge and taking care of your mental heath is definitely an individualized approach. It means different things to different people.
How are you planning to start your week? We wanted to remind you of God's promises and one thing God NEVER does and that's lie. The Bible is full of God's promises and even though at times it seems we are waiting, waiting and WAITING. Delay does not mean denial and that's where God's word and his promises remind us of the assurance we can have when we pray.
Many have missed the interaction with small businesses at events such as craft fairs, whether indoor or outdoor. We took a break from vending events in 2020, but decided to put our foot back in the water this year and so far it’s been really great.
There are quite a few exciting updates we would like to share today. One is pretty significant for our business and something we’ve been waiting to take place for a couple of years now. We are excited to announce, we now offer Afterpay as a payment option on our website. What does that mean for you?
We are very excited about what we have added to the website. If you have been following for some time you know we introduced Bible Totes and Wallets to our online store. While we didn’t anticipate that many of us would not be able to attend church in person for some time, we know that many are still making prayer time and bible study time a priority.
That in mind, as we continue to take the necessary precautions that have been outlined at https://www.cdc.gov/ we also want to lift those in prayer that have vulnerabilities such as the elderly, the homeless, low income families, those that need assistance from various social service agencies around the country, healthcare providers and emergency responders.
Well this year is already off to an exciting start. As you may recall I have spoken about way The Fabric Beautique® will be expanding into new ground and territory. We are very excited to bring to you today two very special announcements. However, before diving into that, can I just share some excitement I’ve been having going through by Pastor Tony Evan’s Kingdom Stewardship bible study series.
I know your year is already off to a fresh start. Many set New Year’s resolutions or just pledge to do something different, no matter how big or small. Whatever you have decided, I encourage you to simply take it one day at a time.
We are BEYOND excited and humbled to have been featured in Voyage Houston Magazine’s December 2019 issue. It’s been quite the transition relocating to Texas, but it has also been very rewarding. Having met and collaborated with many people, it has really assisted The Fabric Beautique® to navigate the business landscape here in Texas.
